If you have initiated a cashout already, you should by now obtained your transaction reference ID and an OTP (One time pass key). enter you OTP and transaction reference to complete the cash out. an invoice would be sent to your mail confirming the transaction. the request amount may take few hours to reflect on wallet.
Possible failures and money lost
There are few occasions you may loose your funds or OTP.
- Incorrect Wallet Address; be sure to double check your wallet address.
- Incorrect Reference ID; before clicking on checkout, be very very sure to double check your transaction ID clicking on checkout. Just as the name implies ” OTP”; one time pass. this is an authorization key for a specific transaction. this key can only be used once. if your reference id is incorrect and your OTP is correct, the process will fail and the OTP would be lost. you will have to contact support to request for a new OTP. so be sure to double check your reference id before checking out.
