A couple of years ago, I had no knowledge of forex or its market. My exposure was limited to internet ads, with little consideration.

I commuted to work as usual, like any ordinary day. Nothing felt out of the ordinary, and I had no inkling of what awaited upon entering.

Approaching my workplace, I passed through the large revolving doors, exchanging greetings with the bustling front desk personnel.

As I was on the verge of beginning my work, my manager summoned me to his office. Unperturbed, as we frequently held weekly meetings, I rose, headed to the office, took a seat, and my manager joined me.

The words spoken to me are etched in my memory, evoking a sensation as if my heart would leap out. In a disconcerting tone, he uttered:

“I regret to inform you that I must terminate your employment with the company.”

I was in disbelief, unsure of how to react. The time and effort I dedicated to the company seemed worthless. I discovered they had replaced me with someone receiving a lower salary.
